Attending a themed event can be an exciting experience, especially if you have the opportunity to dress up for the occasion. Kelly and I love to put on our garb and go to the Renaissance Faire.

When Kelly informed me that we were going to the Shady Lady Siren’s, Brothel Ball at the Renaissance Faire, I wanted to create something special to wear. After some brainstorming, I decided to create a unique tulle skirt adorned with artificial flowers that would perfectly complement the Renaissance theme of the event.

Creating the skirt was a labor of love, as it required 600 yards of tulle fabric to achieve the desired fullness and flow. Once I had all of the materials, I spent some time cutting, layering, and the tulle to create the perfect skirt. After adding the finishing touches with the flowers and a few vines, the skirt was complete and I felt like an authentic Renaissance Fairy princess.

Ι am very happy with how everything turned out. I did make crown and add some flowers to my gloves to finish everything off. I think I am going to make some wings for Fairy weekend.

The Shady Lady Siren’s, Brothel Ball at the Renaissance Faire was an unforgettable experience. Madam Peacock sure knows how to put on a ball.

Kelly and I met so many wonderful people and are looking forward to seeing everyone again soon at the Ohio renaissance Festival this year.
